Transfer of 202 Burmese prisoners from Jails in Bengal to Rangoon Central Jail, and the discontinuance of the practice under which 20 Burmese prisoners are annually sent to Bengal to undergo their sentences in the Jails of that Province. Question of deportation of some of them to the Andamans.
