Proposed transfer of life convict Theba Kalu from the Ratnagiri District Prison to the Rajkot Agency Prison. Decision that as subsection of section 29 of the Prisoners Act, 1900 (III of 1900) does not admit of the removal of a prisoner confined in a British India Prisoner to a Prison which is not in British India or Berar, the prisoner in question cannot be transferred the Ratnagiri District Prison.
