Issue of tickets. Instructions to the Railways that the passengers holding concession return tickets should not be permitted to travel by other than the booked route and the passengers holding hill concession return tickets to Pathankot and Srinagar (Kashmir) by the longer route via Amritsar may be allowed to return by the shorter Mukerian route, if they so choose, but no refund will be allowed, as per recommendation of the Commercial Committee.
