Orders that the service of Mr. H. G. Skeen, Manager of the Yeraoda Central Prison Printing Press, should count as service towards leave and pension from the 2nd December 1897, the date of his employment as Assistant Superintendent, Government Press, Madras, and that his transfer to his present appointment should not be held to have caused an interruption in his service.
