Appointment of Mr. J. C. Mitra, Assistant Comptroller General in charge of outside Audits, to be one of the Auditors of the accounts of the Administrator General of Bengal. Proposed amendment of section 45 of the Administrator General`s Act so as to make such references unnecessary, and to provide for audit under the orders of the Comptroller General in Bengal and the local Accountant General in other provinces.
