Acknowledges the receipt of the letters noted within, regarding the proposal to reduce the case of obtaining Probate or letters of Administration from High Courts in India, and requests that the Government of India may be favored with a further expression of the opinion of the Honourable the Chief Justice and Judges on the proposals mentioned.
