With reference to endorsement hence, No.775, dated 24th January last, forwards copy of a Resolution, stating that the G.G. in Council can see no fresh ground for re-submitting the case respecting the salary of the Inspector General of Prisons in the Presidency of Bombay to the Secy. of State, who has already had it twice under his consideration.
