Genl. of the army intiamting that the Commander in Chief had recommended to Govt. being raised and destined fro Pegn. should be supplied with a 6 para in palce of a 9 praa equipment observe taht they ahve already issued the necesary instruction for the rissue to this batery of teh 9th equipetn prescribed in G.G. 3rd MArch last.
