Requests early information as to what number of Judges are to be permanently allowed to the High Courts of Calcutta and Bombay respectively, and whether it is considered that the accommodation to be allowed for the Courts should be nearly in proportion to the number of Judges; if not, what proportion should be adopted as a rough limit to the expenditure.
