Proposed provision in the Rules regulating the transport of petroleum form one Province of British India to any other for the return journey or further journey of vessels carrying oil as rule, and for the issue of certificates and the exercise of powers by the corresponding authority in the Province of destination, instead of the authority indicated by the Burma Rules.
