With reference to No. 2214, dated 7th March last, submits, for information, copy of a correspondence on the subject of the Judges of the Bombay High Court making tours of inspection similar to those proposed by the Judges of the Calcutta High Court, and states that the Bombay Government have called for the details of a scheme by which the present proposal may be put into execution.
