Discontinuance of the supply of copies of Gazette notifications to the Comptroller, India Treasuries, and Accountant General, Punjab, except in urgent cases requiring action in advance of the Gazette notification, and in cases in which orders regarding emoluments of officers are communicated along with copies of notification.
