Proposed amendment of the Civil Courts Act, the Provincial Small Cause Courts Act and Indian Registration Act, so as to obviate the necessity of the Government of India intervention in regard to the appointments of additional judges, subordinate judges and munsifs and also to the remuneration of registering officers.
