Refusal of the Secretary of State to grant a special additional pension of Rs.1,000 a year to Mr. C. G. W. Hastings, late Inspector-General of Police, Punjab. and also to grant a general concession to Inspectors-General of Police of eligibility for a maximum pension at the rate of Rs.7,000 a year.
