Transmits for favourable consideration an application from Sir George Couper, Judicial Commissioner of Oudh, that the one year`s sick leave taken by him in, 1858, may, on the principle of the Military Rule laid down in, 1857 and 1858, not be deducted from the two years and a half of sick leave to which, under Section, 13, of the Civil Service Furlough and Absentee Rules, he is entitled during the whole period of his service, with retention of appointment and half salary.
