Suggestion made by the Audit Officer, Survey and Miscellaneous, Calcutta, regarding traveling allowance and leave salary of Leadsmen Apprentices, Bengal Pilot Service. Regularisation by the Secretary of State of the action taken by the Government of India in having permitted the Leadsmen Apprentices in the Bengal Pilot Service to draw leave salary in accordance with the rates laid down in Article 670, C.S.R. from 1st January 1922 to the 10th December 1931. Amendment to the Supplementary Rules regarding traveling allowances admissible to the members of the Bengal Pilot Service.
