In continuation of letter No. 93 dt. 9th August forwards with remarks, two copies of the act of Parliament recently passed 23 & 24 Vic. Cap. 88, giving jurisdiction to Criminal Courts throughout India to try offences in question had taken place within their jurisdiction i.e. on waters within 3 miles of the shores.

The National Archives of India is on a mission to digitize and make available online each and every record in its repositories. This is an ongoing effort and some records will be made available before the others.
