Forwarding correspondence relating to a question raised by the Commissioner of Chitagong, whether the Service of an Officer in his position, exercising powers similar to those of a Zillah Judge in certain parts of his jurisdiction, can be held to count as service qualifying for the Bench of the High Court under the Act, XXIV and XXV, Vic., Cap. 104.
