Regarding the forwarded to this country 420 copies of the ``Report`` of the Commission on Indigo,`` each of which weighs upwards of five pounds and a half, making in the aggregate more than 20 1/2 cwt: It is probable that a very small number of these reports will ever be made use of, and the bulk of them will consequently ultimtely become waste paper.
