Regarding with reference to the 3rd paragraph of the Despatch No. 40 of 1860, dated the 30th April, we have the honor to forward an abstract statement furnished by the Government of the North-Western Provinces, showing the number of Mutineers and Deserters who availed themselves of the Amnesty, and who were pardoned between November 1858 and May 1860.
