Grant of an allowance of Rs. 200 a month to the Superintendent of the Lunatic Asylum, Madras, for delivering lectures on mental diseases at the Medical College and giving clinical instruction at the Asylum, and of an allowance of Rs. 40 a month to the Deputy Superintendent for assisting in the work of clinical instruction.
