Establishment of quarantine at Chaman. Amir`s complaint about detention of Afghan caravans in consequence and refusal to allow them to go to the Kila Abdulla station. Orders to the Agent to the Governor-General in Baluchistan for removal of restrictions and pointing out that quarantine is opposed to recoginised principle which forbids quarantine in any circumstances.
