Transfer to St. Joseph`s College, Naini Tal, of the high school scholarships earned under the European Education Code, Bengal, by Fabian pagose and Edward D`Silva, and to St. George`s College, Manor House, Mussoorie, of a similar scholarship earned by Joseph Lynch.
