Proposal that the actual expenses on account of carriage hire incurred by the assistant surgeons employed as assistant lecturers at the Government Medical School, Rangoon, in the course of conducting practical courses in hygiene or vaccination, should be charged to Government on the Countersignature of the Superintendent of the school.
