Enquiry whether Article 157 of the Civil Service Regulations as amended by the 49th List of Corrections is applicable to the case of Civil Assistant Surgeons temporarily placed in medical charge of districts in addition to their dispensary charge, and whether the arrangements hitherto in force of placing Civil Surgeons of neighboring districts in visiting medical charge over these Assistant Surgeons are no longer admissible.
