Decision that the ``staff allowance`` included in some of the new rates of pay and allowances, recently sanctioned for officers of the Indian Medical Service serving in the Civil Deptt, should be treated as ``staff salary`` and be added to the consolidated military or civil pay of the officers for the purposes of the rules in the Civil service Regulations.
