Decision that the period during which an Officer of the Indian Medical Service is retained as supernumerary in the Civil Department under Home Department orders dated 12th December 1894 should count as continuous service in the Civil Department for the purpose of Rule 2 under Article 42 of the Civil Service Regulations.
