Decision that Govt. will pay the 1/3rd contribution in the case of all schools admitted to provident fund rules, with the exception of thsoe under Local Boards and Municipalities who will pay the contribution themselves, and that teaching staff of Govt. Schools being pensionable do not come within the scoe of the fund.
