Diversion of Rs. 4,000, out of the loan of Rs. 40,000, obtained from Government by the Municipal Commissioners of Durbhanga, to meet expenditure to be incurred by the Municipality on sanitary mesure under taken with a view to prevent the spread of plague to Durbhanga.
