Decision that the Pay of the Extra Resident at Hyderabad be fixed at the consolidated rate of Rs. 700/-p.m. and that Mr. A.F. Emmer, be allowed to draw as a special case, his time scale of pay in the Foreign and Political Dept. upto a maximum of Rs. 680/-plus a Local allowance of Rs. 50/-p.m.
