Grant of railway fares or warrants to head constables and constables who are natives of the Malabar district serving in the police force of the Madras City and the districts of the Presidency other than South Canara, North and South Malabar, the Nilgiris and Coimbatore, for their journeys to and from Malabar, once in three years, to enable them to visit their homes on leave.
