1. Proposal to allow the Bishop of Nagpur to visit the diocese of Rangoon on special duty owing to the prolonged absence of the Bishop of Rangoon on sick leave. 2. Grant to the Bishop of Nagpur of the travelling allowance admissible to the Bishop of Rangoon on a tour of visitation to be charged to the budget of the latter.
