Proposal to grant to the Revd. P. G. Tibbs, chaplain of Aden Camp, the sum of Rs. 200 to cover the excess expenditure incurred by him over and above the conveyance allowance of Rs. 50 per month while he held the additional appointment of chaplain of Steamer Point.
