Creation of a temporary appointment of Superintendent of Police, 5th grade, in order that a Superintendent of Police may be appointed to hold charge of the general and special branches of the Inspector of the Inspector General's Office, N.W.F.P. for the duration of the war or for two years, whichever is less.
