Exemption of the Revd. A.C.Ridsdale, a probationary chaplain on the Bengal Establishment, from the operation of article 1090, Civil Service Regulations, and grant to him permission to return to duty. General question of placing probationary chaplains on the same footing in regard to leave as members of other services who are appointed on probation in the first instance.
