Payment to Mr. J. Mercer, Head Draughtsman to the Consulting Architect to the Government of Bombay, of a fees of Rs.15 for each occasion on which he lectures in the new class for architectural draughtsmen in the Sir J. J. School of Art, Bombay, during the absence on leave of Mr. G. Wittet. Delegation of power to the Government of Bombay to sanction similar remuneration in future on the condition that the salary limit of Rs.750 is not exceeded by the grant of this special remuneration.
