Sanction to the construction by the Baroda Darbar of a steam tramway on the 2` 6`` gauge from Naosari to Palsana vid Vesma, and to extend it later on to Kamraj on the south bank of the Tapti. Darbar permitted to retain Jurisdiction subject to certain conditions.
