Sanction to the construction by the Baroda Durbar of the proposed Naosari-Palsana steam tramway on the 2' 6 gauge to its extension later on to Kamrej, also to retention of jurisdiction over the whole line except where it crosses the Tapti Valley Railway, on certain conditions.
