Representation from the Patiala Council of Regency against the conclusions of the Committee of Arbitration in regard to the repayment of the Joint loans obtained by the late Chiefs of Patiala and Dholpur from the Bank of Upper India and the Alliance Bank of Simla and inability of the Govt. of India to modify their previous orders, except that they will not press the advance by the Patiala Darbar of the money required to pay off the Dholpur Darbar`s share of the joint liability.
