Representation from the Patiala Council of Regency against the conclusions of theCommittee of Arbitration in regard to the repayment of the joint loans obtainedby the late Chiefs of Patiala and Dholpur from the Bank of Upper India andthe Alliance Bank of Simla and inability of the Government of India to modify —their previous orders; except that they will not press the advance by the PatialaDarbar of the money required to pay off the Dholpur Darbar’s share of thejoint liability.
