Withdrawal of exemption from persons who having been deprived of their exemption under the old Arms Rules had regained the privilege under the new rules. Amendment of the Arms Rules so as to empower the Government General in Council to withdraw the privilege of exemption from any individual who is exempted as member of an exempted class.
