Remission of fee payable by any person, British or Indian, below the rank of a commissioned officer, who has been discharged from His Majesty`s Naval, Military, or Air Forces, and who is in receipt of a pension or who has joined the reserve, in respect of licences for guns which were actually in his possession at the date of discharge.
