Approval of the Government of India to the alterations proposed by the Government of the United Provinces in the existing arrangements for the administration of the Rampur State. Suggestion to the Government of the United Provinces that the occasion should be taken to withdraw all formal restrictions upon the exercise by His Highness the Nawab of Rampur of full powers of administration.
