In continuation of despatch No.3, dated 24th April 1881, transmits with remarks copies of the replies received from the Local Governments and other authorities on the subject of the education of European and Eurasian children in India, together with a copy of a Resolution by the Government of India reviewing the whole subject.

The National Archives of India is on a mission to digitize and make available online each and every record in its repositories. This is an ongoing effort and some records will be made available before the others.
