Sanction to the expenditure of a sum of Rs.229-8.0 incurred on the purchase and renovation of a billiard table for the Police Training College at Sarda in the Rajshahi District, Bengal. Increase of the present monthly subscription of Rs.5 which is recovered from officers attending the school to such an extent as will secure the reimbursement of the amount sanctioned in ten years.
