Demarcation of the Afghan Boundary north of the Kabul river, Agreement concluded between the British and Afghan Joint Commissioner, defining the frontier from the Hindu Kush to the neighbourhood of the Nawa Kotal. Demarcation between the Nawa Kotal and the Khyber postponed owing to the claims advanced by the Afghan Joint Commissioner to country belonging to the Mohmands and Utman Khels.
