Arrest and internment under the Foreigneers ordinance 1914, in the Abbotabad jail, of Haji Ghulam Naqshband, a native of Kabul, owing to some undesirable remarks made by him at a meeting held in Peshawar in connection with the National week on the 13th April 1910. His release and repatriation to Afghanistan on condition that he is never to return to India.
