Proposal of the Government of Bombay for (1) a provision of Rs. 2,000 being make in the the budget for the year 1931-32 on the repatriation of distitute Indian pilgrims form Iraq to Iraq to India and (2) a change in the procedure with regard to recovery from the repatrieates of expensed incurred by the protector of pilgrims on the despatch of these repatriates from bombay or karachi to their homes in India.
