Decision that the orders contained in the Home Department Resolution nos. 265-275, dated the 31st January 1912, regarding the grant of travelling allowance for families to clerks belonging to the Departments of the Government of India who may be retained in Simla during the winter months, shall cease to have effect on the 31st March 1913.
