Cancellation of the orders regarding (1) the reduction of period from one year to six month, with in which claims against Government can be paid without the sanction of the Accountant General without the sanction of the Accountant General and (2) the reduction of period from the two years to one year, with in which claims of officers to arrears of pay, etc.,can be investigated by an Accountant General with out special orders.
